High Season/Summer (3 night min.): $2200.00/wk. or $440.00/night (3 night min.) +HST
Mid-Season (May, June, September & October): $1450.00/wk. or $400.00/night +HST
Off-season (November to April): $1350.00/wk. or $400.00/night +HST Holiday Weekends/New Year’s/Christmas - 3 night min.): $2200.00/wk or $440.00/night +HST
A $500.00 damage security deposit is due upon check in and will be returned to you upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected by the owner or his designate.
A 30% deposit is due to confirm rental dates at time of booking.
Outstanding balance and security deposit is due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to checking in.
