La Casita Cottage is a charming cedar sided, 880 SQFT space that offers a quiet and private setting nestled in mature pines with no visible neighbors. There are 188 feet of natural waterfront on a beautiful spring fed lake.

Lodging facilities are for recreational use by individuals and famalies and are not rented for parties.

Additional Information
A deposit of half the due amount is required to reserve. The balance is due upon arrival. An email confirmation will be sent once the deposit has been received. Please contact us via email for rate info on longer or shorter stays. Minimum stay is 2 nights.
Owner Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be clearly communicated to and confirmed by Peggy McLeod as soon as possible. We will then attempt to re-rent the cottage for your reserved period.
If you cancel 45 days or more before the rental period, we will refund you in full, less the 15% booking charge of total owed.
If you cancel less than 45 days before, and we cannot re-rent the cottage for the reserved period, your deposit will be forfeited 100% .
If part of the period is re-rented, you will get that part of your deposit returned minus the 15% booking charge.
Deposits for cancellations made two weeks prior to your reserved date will be forfeited 100%.
