This spacious 3 bedroom Meadowvale bungalow cottage features a Muskoka Room (3 season room surrounded with glass and screens) located in the Blue Water Acres Resort on Lake of Bays.

The resort is set on a very large lot with cottages quietly nestled among the trees overlooking open meadows, a sandy beach and clear blue water. The property has more than 400 feet of shoreline, most of which is a large sandy beach. The complex includes an activity center (including a fitness center, games room, children’s play area, library and lounge), indoor pool (including a whirpool and sauna), activity lawn, 3 tennis courts, activity court, skating rink and snow tube hill (depending on the season) and a natural forest with a trail.

The cottage is located in the center of the resort with a direct view of the lake. This professionally decorated and fully furnished cottage was constructed in spring of 2008 and features solid pine doors, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, air conditioning, heated tile floors in bathrooms, LCD flat-panel TV and custom kitchen cabinetry. The large open wood deck has a propane BBQ and wooden muskoka chairs.

I own 15 weeks spread over two different units. Please review the calendar to check for the weeks that are available. 10 of the 15 weeks are located in a cottage with probably the best view of the water as it sits on a hill at the water’s edge. This cottage is available from Sunday to Sunday. The other is set back from the water, located on a ridge with a panoramic view of the water. This cottage is available from Saturday to Saturda.
