Owner Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation you will be refunded less a flat fee of $150 for administration if 28 days advance notice is given and ONLY if the accommodations are subsequently rented. There is no refund if you cancel less than 28 days from the day of your arrival.
The cottage renter will not be refunded for late arrival or early departure.
