Large property along Georgian Bay waterfront, just below ski-hills and Intrawest Village. Family friendly street. Semi-private loop road seldom used except by neigbours creates quiet and respectful community. Neighbours and our guests use the private beaches only. Child-safe shallow beaches, sandy and pleasant shoreline; great sunsets. Shallow sandy bottom beaches with swimming further out. Bring your canoe, kayaks and windsurfers. Excellent for beginners.
Property has fully winterized facilities, with fireplace and library in living room; dining area and fully loaded kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. 4 bedrooms suitable for 8 people. Lots of parking available in private parking area on-site.
