We have rented Daisy Den 3 years in a row.....it is a typical rustic cottage and we LOVE it. Steps to a beach that is safe and clean for my little grandsons. Minutes from town (for those emergency grocery runs) and Santa's village. Gorgeous trails to walk. It is clean and quiet and has everything we need for our week away. BBQ on the deck, fire pit, dishwasher! We look forward to going again next year.
I have stayed in one of the other of their cottages at least 8 times is the last 8 years. We bring 6 people and 3 dogs between us and our 2 kids families. We do always make point of cleaning up after the dogs. never had an issue with anything. Yes there is no a/c but there is a lake. We just bring a couple fans. Very close to town wben you need something. If you are looking gor a huge "home" to rent you can find them, but for somebody like me whose family had a small, seasonal cottage in muskoka falls for 50 years until the 90s this for the price, suits us perfectly. See you the end of august!
