The Treehouse

The Treehouse is a unique vacation destination.  Overlooking the beautiful Mississippi River in Lanark Highlands it is made almost entirely of recycled materials. By combining natural materials with “organic” curves and free flow philosophy, we were able to blend the treehouse into it’s natural surroundings. As it weathers, it feels like it has always been there.

It has a fridge, a hot plate, cooking utensils, coffee maker, plates, etc.

There is a composting toilet and running hot and cold water in both the bathroom and in the kitchen area.

There is a BBQ up on the deck of the house (attached to the treehouse by a set of stairs) which is available to use.

There is an outdoor shower and we now have WiFi

There are multiple swimming areas and plenty of relaxation spots.

There is a big fire pit right beside the treehouse if you feel like having a fire.
