About the cottage
Willow Beach is a collection of privately owned winterized cottages and one old farmhouse on 4 1/2 acres. Most of the owners rent their cottages out when not using them. Because they are all individually owned the cottages are all different (please don’t take anything from one cottage to another). The property has over 450′ of waterfront and a sandy beach.
Willow Beach and the cottages are always changing. New washer and dryer (free to use) in the spa building in 2010. New canoes and deck chairs on the beach in 2011. New paddle boats and docks in 2012. Pictures on the internet can’t keep up with all the changes. On the other hand some things haven’t changed at all, including the view.

Additional Information
We accept Mastercard, VISA and personal cheques. Payment in full must be made before you arrive at the property. Rates are based on a two day minimum stay. Summer season rates are by the week only. Three day minimum stay for long weekends and stays that include December 30th or 31st. Number of extra persons limited to the number of beds in a given cottage.
No tents allowed.
Pets extra. Please call for rates. Pets are not allowed during some summer weeks.
Boats are allowed but guests are charged to use the new docks (2012). Call for rates. Parking for your trailer in our lot is free.
Checkout during the off season is 5pm and check in is at 12 noon. During the summer the 3 pm check in and 10 am check out times are not flexible; we only have 5 hours to clean 13 units and the property. Please be fair.

Owner Cancellation Policy
Like most Ontario cottage establishments our refund policy is severe due to the short season and low chances or rerenting at the last minute. A 30% deposit is due at time of booking. If you cancel and the unit is rerented there will be a refund of all monies paid less a 25% fee. No shows by noon of the day of arrival will be charged the full rental rate on the credit card on record.
Summer rates are by the week only. No refunds will be given for shorter stays nor early departures.
