About the cottage
Doran Bay Resort is a family owned and operated resort located on the shores of thre majestic St Lawrence River.We offer 9 self-sufficiency, housekeeping cottages situated on 1500′ of unspoiled warterfront which faces directly westward into the International Control Dam and Seaway Lock at Iroquois Ontario. Each cottage has a breathtaking view of the ocea-going cargo ships and upper lakers as they maneuver slowly through the Seaway Lock.
1, 2 or 3 bedroom cottages are available. Each cottage comes with kitchen, bath, all utensils, deck and propane bbq. 20X40 in-ground pool. Screened gazebo for group gatherings equipped with dining tables, foose table . Large childrens playground structure. Campfire pits. Resort is an excellent venue for large family reunions and weddings.
Excellent fishing. Free boat dockage and fres use of canoes and kayaks. Near Upper Canada Village.
Cottages on same property as Doran Bay Model Ship Museum, which displays one of the finest private collections of museum quality model ships in Canada including a unique collection of ships from the War of 1812.

Owner Cancellation Policy
if you notify us of your cancellation at least 30 days before the date you were going to rent the cottage, we will issue a 50% refund. No refund will be issued in cases of 'No-Shows' or short notice cancellations i.e a cancellation notification received less that 30 days before you were to rent the cottae. In such cases, you will be notified that your credit card as been charges or, if a 50% refund has been credited. No refund is will be issued if a guest checks-out early during their stay.
