About the cottage
Large 3 acre waterfriendly property with a sunset view. A lovely green jungle behind the cottage to explore on your trip of relazation! BEautiful large deck for fishing and to dock boat. Lovel yneighbours, but a lot of privacy. There is a furnished deck with three large picnic tables so you can build an outdoor fire to roast marshmellows and dine outside! Gazebo as well so you can enjoy the outdoors without being eaten up by mosquitos! Nice large beautiful boat for rent 23 foot available for rental to those licensed upon request, however if no liscense then we have a boat driver available to take you and your guests on the gorgeous calm waters. Water is great for swimming! CLose to lake Sparrow and Koochinchin.
