About the cottage
Cottage is waterfront on a nice spring fed lake (Leonard Lake) a large panoramic deck overlooks the lake, it has brand new kitchen, a large dock 60 ft long and 10 wide. A large deck (8×25 ft) for BBQ and entartaining with a view of the lake. Property is very child friendly for boaters and swimming. Chairs for lounching, patio sets, picnic table and firepit. hammock, The 2 acre is gently slopped waterfront with shallow shoreline.
