1. Cancellation Policy
   
   
   1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email and receipt of such confirmed.
   
   
   2. Grace Period is defined as 2 days after Rental Agreement is accepted. Cancellations within the Grace Period are subject to an administration fee of the greater of $100.00 or 3% of the deposits paid. There is no Grace Period for Rentals booked 20 days or less prior to the Rental Date.
   
   
   3. Advanced Cancellations are defined as cancellations that occur after the Grace Period and 45 days prior to the start of the Rental. A refund is subject to an administration fee of the greater of $150.00 or 5% of the deposits paid.
   
   
   4. Restricted Cancellations are defined as cancellations that occur within 45 days of the start of the Rental Term. Refunds are only granted if the Rental Property is rebooked for the same Rental charges. Any differences in Rental charges will be the responsibility of the cancelling party. Otherwise, the cancellation is subject to an administration fee of the greater of $200 or 10% of the Rental Fee.
   
   
   5. Refunds may take several days to process.
