This is the ideal casual family cottage on a level lot and fabulous sand beach that with the large bunkie will sleep 10. Breathtaking view of expansive Kennisis Lake, renowned for its crystal clear waters, ideal for swimming and boating and exploring.

This cottage has all the amenities – high speed internet, satellite TV, UV drinking water system, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, woodstove, BBQ, fire pit and all the cookware you’ll need. Facing SW, you can count on all day sun and terrific sunsets.

Gorgeous elevated pine ceilings, ceramic floor in kitchen and hardwood floor in living room. Youth and adult kayaks and paddleboat. The large bunkie has its own 2-piece bathroom and plenty of beds for the kids.

Ceiling fans for those hot summer nights, but this close to the water, you probably won’t need more air conditioning than the breeze off the lake. In the Fall and Spring the wood stove and baseboard heat will assist the weather.

Just 3 hrs. NE of Toronto and minutes from the 85,000 acre Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve with its groomed hiking, biking and snowmobile trails, Wolf Observatory and planetarium. We’re deep in the woods but only 30 minutes from shopping, golf courses, arts and entertainment; and Kennisis Lake has a marina and small store for last minute supplies and all your watercraft needs.
