This modern 8 bedroom 4 bathroom two-storey cottage is located a short five minute walk to the chairlift at the south end of Blue Mountain Resorts and a ten minute walk to Blue Mountain Village.
This Claire Glen cottage offers a FULL INDOOR POOL for all your guests to swim and relax in. There is also an outdoor hot tub. The property has a 2 level outdoor deck with BBQ and a huge back-yard for fun and play along with incredible views of Blue Mountain. Claire Glen is a perfect spot for both a summer or winter vacation holidays/getaways.
The cottage features a completely redecorated interior that provides a cozy and warm environment for your friends or family. The main floor provides a beautiful spacious living room with an inviting wood burning fireplace for you and your guests along with walkout doors to the deck with BBQ and famous mountain view. This cottage is also equipped with air conditioning.
This property has lots of room for friends and family in order to create some exciting vacation memories. The cottage is furnished and there are plenty of cooking tools for the chef of the group to whip up some mouth watering meals for the hungry group.
It is located within a short drive to the Georgian hiking and biking trail that runs along the shores of Georgian Bay. You would also be only a two minute drive or a short bike ride to Le Scandinave Spa.
There are 4 bedrooms located on the top floor all containing double beds and 4 bedrooms on the ground level floor, each comes with double beds. There is also a double pull out couch. You can enjoy all that the mountain has to offer and retreat to your quiet spacious cottage at the base of Blue Mountain.
The open concept dining and living room area provide a great setting for those memorable dinners with your closest family and friends.
The entertainment center is complete with HDTV, cable, Blueray DVD player, and Wifi Internet. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities, including a dishwasher.
At this property your group is 3.5 kms. from a sandy beach, 3.0 kms. from horseback riding and. There is also a washer/dryer set-up available within the chalet. This is an amazing property and is one that will make your stay in our region just that much more special.

Owner Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email and receipt of such confirmed.
- Grace Period is defined as 2 days after Rental Agreement is accepted. Cancellations within the Grace Period are subject to an administration fee of the greater of $100.00 or 3% of the deposits paid. There is no Grace Period for Rentals booked 20 days or less prior to the Rental Date.
- Advanced Cancellations are defined as cancellations that occur after the Grace Period and 45 days prior to the start of the Rental. A refund is subject to an administration fee of the greater of $150.00 or 5% of the deposits paid.
- Restricted Cancellations are defined as cancellations that occur within 45 days of the start of the Rental Term. Refunds are only granted if the Rental Property is rebooked for the same Rental charges. Any differences in Rental charges will be the responsibility of the cancelling party. Otherwise, the cancellation is subject to an administration fee of the greater of $200 or 10% of the Rental Fee.
