About the cottage
Large executive four-season bungalow on west-facing shore of Sturgeon Lake; spectacular sunsets all year round. Cottage is located on a quiet residential street. Cottage is fully furnished for 8 people. 5-person hot tub in sunroom facing lake. House has central heating and central air. Gas fireplace in living room and pellet stove in sunroom provide homey ambiance. Free Wi-fi provided.
Thirty-two foot dock with sitting area; water is about 3 feet deep off the end of the dock. 14′ canoe is provided, with PFD’s. Propane barbeque. Fire pit, with firewood provided. Lake is good for fishing – summer and winter.
Skiing (alpine and nordic) within 45 minutes drive. Several great golf course and driving range nearby.

Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Checkin is after 2:00 pm on Saturday afternoon and checkout before 10:00 am on following Saturday.
Weekend rentals (2 or 3 nights) available in low season only - $950 for 2 nights or $1250 for 3 nights
End-of-stay cleaning of Cottage is included in the rental fee; just leave it neat and tidy and dispose of garbage.
Renter is responsilbe for bringing own linens and towels; they can be provided at extra cost ($ 50).
