There are 2 bedrooms on main floor with a 4 piece bathroom. There is a large eat in kitchen with stainless appliances & island that has a walkout to the front deck close to waters edge. The upper living area includes bedroom with a living room & a 2 piece bathroom.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Clear Lake Retreat boasts a beautiful, flat to the waters edge, 4 acre lot with plenty of forest. There is a large “L” shape dock that is great for sunning, swimming or fishing. The dock has room for 2 boats. Out in front of the new large front deck is an awesome rope swing that kids and adults will have a memorable time swinging from.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

Clear & Stoney Lake offer miles of picturesque boating. At Young’s Point (3 km down the lake) there is shopping and restaurants. The Town of Lakefield is 10 minutes away and can be accessed by road or boat (1 lock). Come and relax in the Kawartha’s at a very private cottage.
