Welcome to “Clear Path Cottage on Clear Lake”. This beautiful cottage is located on the Trent Severn Waterway System in the Kawartha Lakes. It is a 1 1/2 hour drive from Toronto (20 minutes north of Peterborough or 10 minutes north of Lakefield).”Clear Path cottage” is located on a flat piece of property with a southern exposure, which is great for a wonderful family holiday.This location is private and has a large front yard for playing various sports such as volleyball, badminton, etc. There is a campfire pit right by the lake and is excellent for spending family time under the stars . The lake is great for swimming or fishing off the dock. A paddle boat is also available for you upon request. Clear lake is excellent for bass, pickerel, perch, muskie & carp fishing. Many large fish have been caught right off of the dock.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

“Clear Path Cottage” is a non smoking cottage that is very well maintained. Located at the front of the cottage, the living room and main floor bedroom (1 double) has a breathtaking view of the lake. Located at the back of the cottage is the kitchen and dining area. It comes complete with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, pots, pans and dishes. As well on the main floor is one of the two fully functional bathrooms.The guest bedroom (2 singles) and Master Bedroom (Queen) and bathroom is located on the second floor. The allway has a small reading area and a skylight to let in the natural light which overlooks the livingroom. Aside from the main cottage there is a boathouse located on the waterfront over looking the lake that is set up with twin beds. The boathouse is also a great place for board games, fishing off the deck or simply hanging out during those few rainy days of summer.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The front of the cottage has a large deck with an eating area which over looks the lake. The cottage has a large flat front yard which is great for kids to play and parents to keep watch. The waterfront is gorgeous and has a small dock great for fishing and swimming.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

Clear & Stoney Lake offer miles of picturesque boating. At Young’s Point (3 km down the lake) there is shopping and restaurants. The Town of Lakefield is 10 minutes away and can be accessed by road or boat (1 lock). Come and relax in the Kawartha’s at a very private cottage.
