Snowmobile/ATV trails at the door. Enjoy magnificent sunsets from large master bedroom in the cottage, huge patio or the deck by the water. The property is facing South with sun exposure all day with gentle shoreline for young and old. The spacious deck equipped with an outdoor patio table and BBQ.
