This Gorgeous 3 bedroom  newly renovated Cedar Chalet is situated on a massive Private waterfront property.  It features an open & spacious concept with a massive Island fireplace, 14 foot cathedral beam celings, floor to ceiling windows that over look the Lake.  It is fully furnished in local white cedar with hardwood flooring throughout.   Our Chalet is fully equipped with the following amenities:  full 4 peice bath with shower, large open concept kitchen, new fridge & stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with filters, pots & pans, numerous utensils, dishes, wine glasses, tea kettle, vacuum & cleaning supplies.   There is also newer overstffed sofas, 42″ Plasma TV,     satellite TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, SONY playstation & 36″ TV with numerous games, ceiling & floor fans, books, board games, alarm clocks & fire extinguishers.  The wrap -around deck overlooks the lake & prvate beach area.  On the deck there is a propane BBQ, patio furniture & Muskoka chairs.   The beach & lake area has a large bonfire pit, horseshoes & badminton/volleyball.  We also provide a 14 foot aluminum boat, canoe &several  life jackets & small water toys. We reccommend that you bring their own “Fitted” PFD’s.  There is a large 32 foot water dock.  Our Chalet is clean & very well stocked with all the amenities of home.   We own over 160 acres of crown forest land accross the road of our Chalet which is great for hiking & sightseeing wildlife.

The water entry is gradual with a mixture of pebbles & sand.  There is 150 feet of lake frontage, which is great for swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing & all watersports.  Or just enjoy…..relaxing & lounging in the sun on the waterdock.  Nature at it’s Best!
