About the cottage
Innisfil Beach Cottage all year round! What better way to spend some time with friends and family than at the cottage. Large 3 bedroom bungalow, 2 bathrooms, outside “Scandinavian” Spa (hot tub and traditional cedar sauna) and huge private backyard.
During winter time wake up to a fresh blanket of snow on the lake, take a dip in the hot tub and then venture out for a day on the trails or local ski hill. After an invigorating day outside, warm up with the beautiful natural gas fireplace! Our private vacation rental features all you need to relax and enjoy your stay.
During summer time enjoy the afternoon on the beach (5 minutes walk to private, co-op, safe, clean, sandy beach on Lake Simcoe), soak into hot tub after tanning all day.

Owner Cancellation Policy
If an unforeseen circumstance causes you to cancel your vacation, please advise us as soon as possible so we may endeavor to replace your reservation. If your cancellation is advised within 45 days of the proposed vacation start date, your deposit will be returned minus $50.00 cancellation fee. If your cancellation is advised less than 45 days in advance of your vacation start date the full amount collected will be forfeited. If the cancellation is initiated by Innisfil Beach Cottage the entire amount collected up to the date of the cancellation will be returned plus a $50.00 inconvenience fee.
