Lac Girard – Last Minute for $1000 per week June 30 – July 19

3 bedroom, lakefront cottage. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Small sandy beach with gradual entry which is great for small children. Great swimming & fishing right off the dock. Cottage itself is bright with recent renovations and has 2 bathrooms, 1 powder room and 1 full. Appliances include w/d, fridge, stove, microwave. Master bedroom has queen bed  and  a full ensuite. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has queen Extra mattress (double) is provided for extra sleeping room. 2 large couches in living room that can also be used for extra sleeping.

There are motor boats permitted but not provided. You are permitted to bring boats/seadoo’s but must have all necessary licenses & ins. All life jackets must be provided by renters to ensure proper fit. Must follow lake rules & regulations

New Kodiak Trailer  that sleeps 6 (can be provided for extra $$) Boat: with paddles (motor can be supplied with a deposit) Waterfront: gradual sand entry Heating: oil furnace & wood fireplace & electric baseboard heaters Guests allowed: Yes. Extra charge. Depending on amount Smoking: outside only please
