Inside the 2,400 square feet of Cap Cod style timber-frame architecture you will find 5 closed bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, stainless dishwasher, all bedding and towels, Internet (no password), DVD, outdoor spa all year long, perfect for a gathering of family or friends. Wake up in the master bedroom (“Ah!”) with a view of the lake. Everything feels natural and rustic inside, from hardwood floors to the bees-waxed cedar panelling to the maple sapling banister that takes you up the oak spiral staircase. No toxic materials used in the 100 year old building.

Take a bath with a view of the cedars. Serve meals in the great room (24′ x 24′) or the the large country kitchen with island featuring the latest stools designed by The Whole Tree Design Company, or on the large wooded terrace, all beside the water. Relax in the spa before and after diving in the lake, or after a sauna (optional rental). We have hosted nearly 30 yoga health retreats and named by Reader’s Digest at one of Canada’s top ten Adult Summer Camps. Swim, take out the row boat, canoe, or kayak (2), Laser sail boat, or just sunbathe on the wooden deck. Kids will be dazzled to find in the forest a toy, fish pond, giant rock, and tree house with rope walkways.

Scandinavian wood fired sauna is next door to the cottage, a completely separate and private space. The sauna may be added to the package, accessed on the second floor of the log cabin next door (separate property) The log cabin is usually occupied by the owner (no other renters).
