The Chalet is located in a resort area close to the base of Blue Mountain about a mile from the lake (Georgian Bay) and about fifteen minutes from Wasaga Beach. The Chalet is a semi with three floors.  The front entrance faces away from the other side so is private with a walk-out back patio.

There is parking for at least five cars.

Top floor

Open concept with living room dinning room kitchen and a deck. The kitchen is equipped with two fridges, stove dishwasher and microwave. There is satellite TV. There is a large fireplace in the living room.

There is a gas barbecue on the deck.

Main floor

Five bedrooms are located on the main floor. Four have double bunk beds and the other room just has a double bed. There are two bathrooms. One is a three piece and the other a two piece. There is a large sauna off one of the bathrooms.

Basement

The basement has three bedrooms. Two with double bunk beds and one with single bunk beds. There is also a wreck room with darts and table tennis. The basement has a walkout to the back patio area.
