This hidden gem is on a private 2 ½ acre lot surrounded by the finest woodland in Muskoka with hemlock, oak, pine, maple and basswood trees. The home is nestled on a quiet bay at the bottom of Lake Rosseau. Facing south with 225 ft of shoreline and rock outcroppings surrounding the water’s edge. Easily accessible by hard surfaced roads, only 2.5 km from Port Carling, a circular driveway approaches the cottage with ample space for parking.

The spacious contemporary design is displayed in this beautiful kitchen featuring all high-end appliances including a double door fridge (ice maker in freezer section), gas range with electric oven (convection too), dishwasher and microwave. The Larkspur cottage comfortably sleeps 7 with the interior consisting of 4 bedrooms (King, Queen , Double, 2 Singles) 3 bathrooms (ensuite on main level with double sinks, standalone bathtub & glassed in shower). There are 3 dining areas – indoor dining room seats 8, and dining tables in the Muskoka room and on the outside deck overlooking the lake.

All mattresses, bedding, furnishings and fixtures are brand new in 2014!

You will love spending your time outdoors by the boathouse on this great deck exposed to summer sun all day long. Enough room for the whole family to lounge on Muskoka chairs, kids will swim in the quiet bay while you watch and surf the internet (Wifi is available in all areas including the dock/boathouse).
