Stunning is the only word to describe this spacious waterfront vacation home with private beach!  This recently renovated ‘Malibu Beach House’ designer cottage has it all – class, warmth and style.  All the comforts of home are provided for you during your vacation and the lake view from the main living level of this Beach House is breathtaking.  For sheer comfort, you will be hard pressed to find anything comparable in the area.  This is truly a first class Beach House!

Open concept living spaces, wood and ceramic floors, lofted ceilings, gourmet Maple kitchen, gas fireplace, sits right on the beach with panoramic views of the Lake, a lovely layout that is beautifully furnished, and a well landscaped level lot.  Spectacular property! 
The open concept living area has a ‘Great Room’ that is spacious and comfortable with large glass windows that provide a panoramic view of the beach and Lake Erie with doors that open onto the large, lakeside deck. 

If the weather gets too hot, throw open the white shuttered windows and let the lake breezes embrace you on those warm sunny beach days!  The shutters give the airy feel of Malibu Beach!  For total comfort, turn on one of the ceiling fans or the central air-conditioning to keep you cool. 

Located behind the Great Room is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a large centre island that will delight the nominated chef.  It is custom designed with top line stainless appliances, stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher which means you certainly won’t have to rough it.  There is plenty of counter and cupboard space for storage during your stay.

The large dining table will easily seat 8 for family meals, or enjoy casual dining around the centre island with additional seating for 6.
The main floor bathroom features a separate shower, large vanity and Jacuzzi bath tub.

Outside there are multiple decks and a private lot in which to enjoy sound of the waves lapping against the shore. Even though you are close to the popular tourist area of Long Beach, you have the luxury of complete privacy and can make the most it by sunbathing on one of the deck areas where you can see for miles out over Lake Erie.

A barbeque is provided to grill up your savory summer dinners.  After the sun sets, the evening skies are open and provide breathtaking views of the stars, the moon, and the whole night time sky.  There’s nothing like an evening bonfire in the fire pit on the lower lake side deck to watch the stars and roast marshmallows.  Firewood is included in your rental.

There are three bedrooms on the upper level. The large master bedroom features a King size bed with a 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD player.  The private upper deck off the master bedroom is the perfect place for your morning coffee, sunbathing or to enjoy the panoramic view of the Lake. 

The other two bedrooms on the upper level both have Queen size beds.  There is also a 3-piece bathroom conveniently located to the bedrooms.   The lower level of the cottage features a family room containing two double futons that also provide alternate sleeping accommodations for 4.  The perfect place for children with a 50 inch television, Satellite, DVD player and glass French doors that lead out to a beautifully landscaped patio area.  Featured on the property are rock gardens with tall grasses for that true Coastal feeling.  

Laundry facilities complete the comprehensive accommodation. The basement has washer and dryer to save you the hassle of going into town on your precious vacation time. It also has a ping-pong table for rainy days. For kids and gaming enthusiasts, there is yet another television located in a common area upstairs.

There is a driveway with ample area to park four cars right beside the cottage.  Waterfront Beach House is a housekeeping cottage suitable for up to 10 guests and is perfect for two families to vacation together.  Every little detail has been thought of to ensure the comfort and relaxation of our guests. 

This spectacular beach house rental includes pillows, blankets, paper products, deck and patio furniture, firewood for beach bonfires, barbeque and propane, all included in your rental.  You need to bring sheets, towels, personal effects and groceries!  Linen service to supply and launder towels and bedding is available on request. 

This is a very unique property with all the expected luxuries, and then some.  This beach house offers sheer comfort and elegance, but nicely retains a relaxed ‘coastal feel’.
