Cottage Rental – Madawaska River

2 bedroom  waterfront cottage on the Madawaska River, nestled on a breathtaking, spacious, well manicured piece of land, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, assorted trees & 250 feet of sandy shoreline. 

Cottage has a spacious upstairs loft with 2 double beds, a full bathroom and a private balcony off the side. 

The main level features one bedroom with a double bed.  The kitchen and living room are open concept with a gas burning fireplace. The living area has a sofa bed. The main floor includes a 2 piece bathroom and separate laundry facilities. 

The cottage has a three season sunroom, completely surrounded by windows allowing for a wonderful waterfront view of the water.  The two level deck which surround three sides of the cottage, has an abundance of space for barbecueing and relaxing with family and friends. 

The sandy beach is shallow for about 10 feet in and then gets deep quickly.  There is a floating dock to swim out to, sunbath and jump off, as well as a boat dock.  There is another large deck at the waterfront for just sitting, reading, or enjoying the view! 

We also have a fabulous firepit for those special nights roasting marshmallows, or just sitting around telling stories or having a singalong. 

The Madawaska River and area is well known for kayaking, water skiing, knee boarding, boating, sea-dooing, ATV’ing, hiking, motor racing, fishing, golfing, fine dining and for all music enthusiasts (Music Festivals in Calabogie and Burnstown).

Toronto: 4 to 5 hours depending on location

Calabogie: 7 minutes

Renfrew: 20 minutes west
