950sft cottage located on the shore of the Moira River this is the perfect property for a family looking to get away without costing you an arm and a leg.

Found on a quiet dead-end road and nestled on a half-acre of land there is plenty of open space to allow for the kids to run around. Enjoy family time playing badminton, lawn bowling or tossing around the Frisbee.

With a deck sitting above the Moira you will have stunning views looking both up and down river. Or enjoy another view of the river sitting on the new deck that was built as you walk out from the kitchen.

The Moira River is famous for its excellent fishing where you can reel in Small and Large Mouth Bass, Walley, Pike or Musky. Enjoy fishing from the brand new dock or take a ride in the pedal boat.

Inside the cottage you will find that all furnishings are brand new, from the utensils to the couches to the beds…it is all newly purchased for your added comfort. There are two bedrooms (queen, double/twin bunk) and a fold out bed in the living room. With an open concept plan you will find plenty of room in the kitchen/dining room along with a very large and open 20×20 family room.

The cottage comes with satellite T.V, X-Box 360 gaming console, stereo, DVD Player and Full DVD library of Movies and T.V Shows. Many outdoor living spaces with padded chairs, loveseats and loungers. Some wood will be provided for the fire pit. Please provide your own linens.

Local Attractions***

Vanderwater Conservation Park – Located less than 5 minutes from the cottage door with the park spanning 635 acres. Enjoy fantastic swimming, fishing and hiking (over 15 km of trails). Great place to spend the day or several. A true hidden gem!! No fee to enter the park.

HR Frink Center (Out-door Education Center) – Located 15 minutes away with several hiking trails including smaller trails which are great for young children. Many of the trails are marked with descriptions of plants and animals you might encounter during your hike. No fee.

Tyendinaga Cavern and Caves – Located 15 minutes away, take a guided tour of an underground cavern that was discovered by local farmers. Huge hit with the kids!!
