ANNUAL FULL TIME SPRING/SUMMER/FALL RENTAL AVAILABLE APRIL- NOV. Located at the bottom of Craigleith, a 2 minute walk to the tennis courts, outdoor pool and great hiking trails on the hill. A stones throw from Blue Mountain village with tons of restaurants and activities and minutes from the beach on Georgian Bay. Other spring, summer, fall activities include biking (ROAD/CROSS/MTB), Scenic Caves. Orchard condo, an exclusive, fully equipped 5 bedroom home (sleeps 10) , including: gourmet kitchen, bbq, 4 bathrooms, 1 steam room, 2 TVs, stereo system, ping pong table, single garage, 3-car driveway and overflow parking available

Our family has rented this townhouse for the past two summers and it has been great. The location is minutes from the beach and Blue Mountain Village and only 10 minutes into Collingwood or Thornbury. Great mountain views and close to biking and hiking trails. The unit is well equipped and nicely decorated. We will be back for sure!

We were summer tenants for 5 years and loved this place as our own with our two kids. The summer community is fantastic and having access to Craigleith summer program with tennis and pool was a no brainer. Landlord is very responsive to questions and any maintenance concerns. We would still be tenants but alas finally bought our own place in the area! We will miss walking to the Village and Georgian Bay and biking around the ski hills. A very special spot on our planet!
