We are located less than 2 hours from Toronto.
We offer a quiet cottage rental experience on a private 3.5 acre property with 180 feet of beautiful clear water and a sandy waterfront.
Balsam Lake boast great swimming, boating, fishing and water play.

Owner Cancellation Policy
cancellation policy: A 25% deposit is required with all bookings. Reservations are guaranteed and guests are responsible for full cost of reserved accommodations unless cancellation of reservation is received 21 days prior to first day of reservation. Should accommodation be booked by another guest and ONLY then for that same period deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.
