Additional Information
Deposit is 50% of rental price on booking, balance due 4 weeks before rental period. There is refundable $900.00 clean/ damage deposit which are refunded 4 weeks after rental period less if there are any charges.
For weekends and off seasons rate contract owner.
Rate is based on up to 12 people.
Owner Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable, however, if premises are re-rented for the cancellation period a deposit will be returned to the lessee less any costs incurred by the lessor
