Family cottage just steps to the water in Bala Bay, Lake Muskoka. Enjoy a luxurious Muskoka experience with all-day sun atop the boathouse, shallow play area for the kids and tons of decking.
Main Level has 2 bedrooms (extra-long double & queen), full bath, office, and eat-in kitchen/living area. Walk-out lower level has newly-renovated bedroom with bunk beds, ensuite bath with shower, large rec room with pool table, bar fridge, LCD TV.
Outdoors has screened-in gazebo, large deck, boathouse deck, lakeside firepit & wooden stairs/walkways from paved parking area right down to the lake. Canoe, paddles, lifejackets, waterskis, wakeboard, wakesurf & tube are all available for use.

Security/Booking Deposit: 50% due upon booking or $600, whichever is greater
Full amount due on arrival.
Security deposit returned after rental is completed and cottage returned cleaned and in good condition

Owner Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 2 months notice, otherwise deposit returned only if cottage can be re-rented
