Cottage is a small child’s paradise. Flat to water’s edge with a large sandy beach and the water is very shallow for 20 feet into Lake Rosseau. Protected swimming area for children as they swim and play in sand bottomed lake crooned between an upside down “L” shaped dock. Grassy area is big enough to play soccer or even tennis on the tennis court. Also a children’s play structure for kids and a gazebo for parents or grandparents to watch over the little ones.

Knotty pine throughout floors and walls. Cathedral ceiling. Open concept main floor kitchen/dining-living room. Modern kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops and island seats 4 on stools. Dining table seats 10. Muskoka Room has Murphy Bed. Large den off Master bedroom has a pull-out sofa.

Horseshoe pit, fire pit, dock slip for 1 boat.

Valet cleaning of 2 hours per week included in rental.
