The Green Cottage on Kennisis Lake

This lovely 3 bedroom cottage with southern exposure on beautiful Kennisis Lake is the perfect summer getaway for the small family or a romantic couple(s). Pure country comfort. A bright, fresh pine finished interior throughout with elevated ceilings. Include the Bunkie and our cottage will comfortably sleeps 8.

Exquisite view from 2 sunny decks with patio furniture and Muskoka chairs, our ‘laid back’ cottage has lots of room for relaxing and entertaining or just catching the rays and maybe a few fish from the floating dock. Well treed between properties for added privacy. Great view from every angle of this pristine, sparkling lake. The front room overlooks the lake and there’s a walk-out to the deck from the open concept living area. Laminate and ceramic flooring.

The cottage comes complete with canoe, propane BBQ, fire pit, TV/DVD. Nature and wildlife abound in our wooded lakelands on a property fringed with lush, towering trees. There’s a level grassy play area at lake side and behind the cottage and a fort for the kids.

Cottage is situated about 50 feet from the water. Steps down to the lake. Rocky shoreline. Deep water swimming off dock. Canoe. Lakeside firepit. Lookout deck and floating dock.
