Great 4 bedroom cottage in the heart of Southcott Pines in Grand Bend. And, it is only 1400 ft to stunning Sun Beach – a private community beach! We are also a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and galleries in Grand Bend. This cottage is ideal for families who want something a little more upscale than a “cottage”. It is set back from the road on a private secluded lot with a good size backyard. There is room for 3-4 cars in the circular driveway. The cottage is in the protected Southcott Pines forest with beautiful walking trails and quiet roads for running, strolling, or biking.

Additional Information
During low season the cottage rents out for weekends: $600.00 (Friday - Sunday) and long weekends: $900.00 (Thursday-Sunday and/or Friday-Monday). A security deposit of $500.00 is due at the time of booking. During high season only weekly rentals are available. It is possible for the renter to pre-book a cleaning service for a fee.
Owner Cancellation Policy
If the renter decides to cancel the rental agreement 90 or more days prior to the booking, the renter receives a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation notice. If the renter decides to cancel only 30 days before the agreement re. rental period, the security deposit will be forfeited. If the renter decides to cancel the agreement within 30 days or less of the agreement re. rental period, he/she forfeits the entire fee for the cottage that week(s).
