Welcome to gorgeous Kennisis Lake, a sparkling jewel at the heart of Ontario’s premier cottage country. And welcome to another gem, our exquisite 3 bedroom cottage situated on an amazing 105 foot sand beach and a beautifully landscaped, terraced lot.

If country comforts and lakeside relaxation is what you’re after, a clean, safe haven for swimming for the kids; this sandy cove cottage nestled among silver birch, pine and maple in a large calm bay with a stunning and expansive lake view is your ticket to paradise.

Large upper and lower wrap-around decks with patio furniture for outdoor dining and our sunny south to SE exposure guarantees lots of sunlight and hours of outdoor play. Immaculate, freshly painted interior in warm earth tones. Cathedral pine ceiling with a wall of windows in the Great Room.

There are oak floors in the main living area and good hardwood flooring in the walk-out basement which features a ping pong table. Our 3 bedroom woodland retreat comfortably sleeps 8. Wide and sturdy sculpted granite steps fringed with fern and periwinkle lead to the lake.

The cottage comes with a canoe, propane BBQ, cozy woodstove, satellite TV/DVD, UV water system, microwave, brand new washer and dryer and chest freezer — so stock up because once you settle in, you won’t want to leave!

Kennisis Lake boasts miles of pristine, island-studded waters, a haven for trout fishing, swimming and exploring; just 3 NE of Toronto and minutes from the 65,000 acre Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve with its groomed hiking, biking and snowmobile trails and world-renowned Wolf Centre. We’re deep in the woods but only 30 minutes from shopping, gold courses, arts and entertainment; and Kennisis Lake has a marina and small store for last minute supplies and all your watercraft needs.
