Treetops on Kennisis Lake – This very private cottage on 226 feet of secluded lakefront is situated on a peninsula which affords a panoramic view of stunning Kennisis Lake. Privacy extends indoors as well. Our spacious backsplit is designed for a large family with separate spaces for individual needs – a solarium, a screened room, a recreation room and large wrap-around upper and lower decks, with several walk-outs – a modern ‘royal’ home with all the amenities and still offering the complete cottage experience. 4 bedrooms comfortably accommodate 10. All the rooms are generously laid out. Open concept living area is bright with light and boasts a trouble-free propane fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher and pine hutch. Oversize bedrooms – the Master has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closets and a sunroom with a day bed. And lots of extras like wifi, satellite TV,washer and dryer, air exchanger and UV drinking water system.

Only 3 hours NE of Toronto and just minutes from the 80,000 acre Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve with its groomed hiking and biking trails and world-famous Wolf Observatory. Kennisis Lake has a marina and small store for last minute supplies and all your watercraft needs. We’re cut off from the hustle and bustle in our wooded lakelands, yet only 25 minutes from shopping, golf courses and entertainment – but chances are, once you get here, you won’t want to leave the lake!

Treetops on Kennisis Lake has 226 feet of private shoreline. Well treed property. Safe steps down to the lake. Lookout deck and floating dock. Deep water swimming. Canoe. Sunset view. All day sun on upper decks. Afternoon sun on dock.
