Little Lake Joe is a quiet sheltered lake accessed through Lake Joseph. A wonderful bay awaits you to wakeboard or water ski your heart’s content. Or kayak while the sun is rising or just bask in the afternoon sun on the dock with your favourite beverage! However you choose to spend your days, this natural setting will guarantee you the wonderful Muskoka feeling of relaxation and appreciation of your surroundings.

The grand log cottage appears at home in it’s natural environment. As you enter you feel overwhelmed by the the beauty of the open-concept Great Room. Soaring pine cathedral ceilings, gorgeous maple floors, large rock fireplace with flat screen TV, pine dining table and modern kitchen all encompass your view as you look through the floor to ceiling windows and hardwood trees to the lake below.

Families and friends can gather in the Great Room or Muskoka Room, which contain a double-sided gas fireplace to add elegance and warmth to the gorgeous setting. Dine at the harvest dining room table overlooking the lake, or al fresco style outside on the upper or lower deck.

The large main floor master bedroom has an ensuite 4 piece bathroom and double doors that open to an intimate Muskoka Room with a fireplace and lake view. A second-floor loft holds two more bedrooms as well as sitting area overlooking the Great Room below. The lower level features another stone fireplace and a games room with a custom pine bar, built-in sink and refrigerator and walkout to the lower deck.

A generator and geothermal heat, using four 150 ft. wells, guarantees the cottage always warm year round and functional even during the fierce Muskoka storms that can rush in.

Outside there are so many choices of places to sit back and chill, with multiple decks, stone patios, firepit and a large dock. The property is steep to the waterfront with a long meandering staircase with 75 steps from the cottage to the large new dock with 2 boat slips.
