Whitestone Summer Home

This brand new executive summer home is nestled  in a quiet arm of Whitestone Lake. With over   45 miles of shoreline featuring numerous arms and islands, it is  a bonus to boaters and fishermen alike.  From the massive deck, you have an uninterrupted view up and down the lake with the sun travelling across it from sunrise to sunset.  This open-concept cottage design features the dining and living area across the front of the cottage with huge vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and wonderful garden doors that lead you out to the wrap around deck.  The cherry kitchen features beautiful quartz counter tops and  stainless appliances. Whether you are preparing meals at the large 4 seater island or barbequing on the deck, the lake views are always with you.  The master suite is located on the main floor  with an fully tiled ensuite bathroom, which has a heated ceramic tile floor for that bare foot comfort.  A powder room and attached laundry room with  washer and dryer and freezer complete the first level. On the lower level, there is a great room with HD digital TV, wet bar and games area, plus two walkouts. The three bedrooms located on this level consist of  two bedrooms each with a double/single bunk that share a four piece bath plus another master bedroom with en suite bath.

At the water’s edge, you’ll find that the shoreline has been left unaltered to reflect the natural beauty of the area. For swimming, there is a small beach area with deep water access off the  dock  which has docking space for two boats and a swimming ladder.
